പ്രവാസികൾക്കായി നിലവിലുള്ള വിവിധ പദ്ധതികളുടെ പ്രയോജനം നേടിയെടുക്കുന്നതിനോടൊപ്പം, പ്രവാസികളുടെ പ്രേശ്നങ്ങളിലേക്ക് ഗവൺമെന്റിന്റെ ശ്രെദ്ധ കൊണ്ടുവരുക, അവകാശങ്ങൾ നേടിയെടുക്കാൻ ഒരുമിച്ചു നിന്ന് ശ്രെമിക്കുക തുടങ്ങി നിരവധി ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങളാണ് ഈ പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിനുള്ളത്.

Above 5% of people from Kerala are living outside India & Kerala. A good percentage of them belongs to lower or middle income group.They face many problems in the Gulf/other foreign countries & financial/cultural & social problems when they return to Kerala.

കേരളത്തിലെ അഞ്ചു ശതമാനത്തിലധികം ജനങ്ങൾ കേരളത്തിനു പുറത്തു ഇന്ത്യയുടെ മറ്റു സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലും മറ്റു രാജ്യങ്ങളിലും ആയാണുള്ളത്. ഇതിൽ കൂടുതലും സാധാരണക്കാരായ, ആളുകൾ ആണ്. ഗൾഫിലും മറ്റു രാജ്യങ്ങളിലും പ്രവാസികൾ നിരവധി പ്രേശ്നങ്ങൾ ആണ് ദിവസേന നേരിടുന്നത്.

പ്രവാസി കോൺവോയ് വെൽഫെയർ അസോസിയേഷൻ കേരള അംഗങ്ങൾ പ്രവാസികളുടെ പൊതുവായുള്ള പ്രശ്നങ്ങളും, പ്രേത്യേകമായ ആവശ്യങ്ങളും പരിഹരിക്കാൻ ഒറ്റ കെട്ടായി നിന്ന് ശ്രെമിക്കുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെയാണ് രൂപീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടത്.
